Thoughts for the day

You know that unshakable chocolate craving that sends you scouring the kitchen and you eat 14 other non-chocolate things trying to satisfy the craving and then hate yourself? Well, I bought a bag of M&M's to just store in my freezer. Better to satisfy it quickly than eat 1000 calories of other junk and then end up running to AM/PM anyway, right?

I want to go on a family vacation. That vacation might include a bunch of non-immediate family members. I think it would be super duper fun to rent a van and all drive together, too. Or maybe an RV! Grand Canyon? Yosemite? Beach cities? We shall see...more details to come!

~~~Commenters: Give me some ideas of where we could go!~~~
I can tell weekends are difficult to blog on and about. So we may or may not have weekend posts. This weekend was alright. We did a lot of cleaning (can't tell though) and hanging out with friends... Sunday was an entire day of restaurant eating! Sat we had a wedding, and Lucy was SO squirmy, I didn't make it even 45 min into the reception, so we went home and had make-it-yourself dinner and watched a movie called "Shorts". It was pretty cute! Took me a bunch of junk food and a few hours to shake my cruddy mood from dealing with Lucy and having to leave, but I got through it. :)
Lucy can say the words "apple" (appoh) and "plant" (paah) now, and talks about them a lot. it's SO cute. She also loves cream cheese so much that I started just giving her a spoonful instead of a bagel and CC because she just scrapes it off and throws the bagel on the floor. It's pretty comical how much she loves it.
Gwen is officially a flute player. She loves it. She wants to continue private lessons so she can keep learning, too! The instructor told her that if he had waited for someone to teach him everything he needed to know that he would still be a beginner too, and she should be a self starter and use the chart in the back of her book to teach herself too. After all the times I tried to tell her to practice, she never wanted to til she heard that! Funny how stuff like that makes a concept click like that! i'm so proud :)
Now i'm going to eat my elementary school lunch of a PB&J and apple. byebye
Who's your non-immediate family? Virginia/Justin/Olive, Cousin Gibson/Husband? Nice to see you forbidding LardBiz! Where to go depends on what time of year. That changes everything. Also, how many days? What days of the week? Babies present? What's the budget range?
Weekends are the easiest to blog about. That's when interesting activities take place out of the normal weekly grind.
Where the hell did she learn plant? Who says that on a regular basis? You should teach her things she'll actually use on a regular basis like "shut up, mom" and "this skirt is not too short". That cream cheese thing is disgusting.
She should become the female version of that guy that (used to?) play along during worship from his seat. Then when she turns 18 they can get married and have baby flutes together.
PB&J are pretty much the greatest thing ever. I just hate to make them. That's why Uncrustables are amazing.
Immediate family, as in the family who lives in my house.
You, Briz...don't know who else.
Summer. Yes kids. as many as we want. cheap. btw, I still demand that we all go to vegas (or someplace else awesome) for my 30th birthday.
Weekends are hard to blog ON. Notice I have very few Saturday and Sunday posts.
Because our entire courtyard is "plants". Grass, trees, ivy, etc. All pretty green plants.
Your face is disgusting.
HEH. baby flutes.
I love PB&J. If you're too lazy too make a PB&J without having to spend $4 on a box of 6 teeny tiny pre-made crustless sandwiches, then you are dead to me. With $4, you can buy a whole jar of Peanut butter and one of jelly AND a loaf of bread! you exceptionally and unequivocally suck.
That vacation might include a bunch of non-immediate family members. Facepalm. I am TOTALLY up for a Vegas trip. Especially in November when it's not 300 degrees. Last time I went was in August of '08. 95 degrees at 10 PM.
Haha, you wrote hard (to blog) on.
If my face is disgusting why do you dream all night about it?
Not when they're on sale for 2/$4. That's fifty cents a sandwich. About what you charge for an hour.
include in addition to immediate family.
veags is win.
you're a hard on.
it's called "nightmare" not dream.
50 cents a sandwich but when you have to eat 2 or more to fill up then it's still a waste. like you.
A dollar a meal is too much? Plus the added expense of cleaning the knife. Plus the time and effort. There's a saying that goes Riding the train is cheaper than flying, that is if you don't think your time is valuable.
Yeah it takes less time to make a pb&j than it does to defrost an uncrustable. And yes, $1 a meal is too much if you can get the same meal for 10 cents. It literally take 1-2 minutes start to finish to make a pb&j. you have GOT TO be kidding me.
I think you're missing the point here: Go make me a sandwich, woman.
