Hello Jessica, I finally heard from the listing agents assistant. They currently have offers ranging from $147k through $170k. Ours will be held as a back up since it is on the lower range.

Do you guys have the approval from the Mortgage company yet? Even a pre-approval? A lot of times, a pre-approval can go a long way. At least in terms of offers being closely considered. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush...
Yes, we do. But if other people made higher offers, isn't it most likely that they'll get the house? If not then I can know for sure it's our house!
